Ingredients
• 30 g freeze-dried mango
• 150 ml canned coconut milk (thick cream from the top)
• 100 ml fresh orange juice
• ½ banana
• Juice of ½ lime
• Pinch of turmeric (optional)
• 5–6 ice cubes
Method

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until completely smooth, about 30–45 seconds.

Serve immediately.
Notes
• Freeze-dried mango thickens the drink as it hydrates; add a splash of juice if needed.
• For a bowl-style texture, reduce the liquid slightly.
