Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery services & estimated times
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or free-shipping thresholds (if offered) will be shown at checkout.
Delivery area
At present we ship to the United Kingdom addresses only. If we add international shipping in future we will update this page and show available countries at checkout.
Delivery problems, damage or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@carpathianfields.co.uk with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. If an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. We may request photographic evidence to support any claim.
Missed, failed or returned deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because delivery attempts failed, we will contact you. Additional delivery charges may apply to resend the item. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address at checkout — we cannot cover costs for parcels returned due to customer error.
Risk & ownership
Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you supplied. Title passes in accordance with our Terms of Service. Delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control do not automatically entitle you to a refund, although we will investigate and assist where possible.
