I grew up in the Balkans, where natural food wasn't a trend — it was just how things were done. Fruit picked at the right time. Nothing added. Nothing wasted. That relationship with food stayed with me.

When I moved to the UK, I noticed something was missing. The convenience was there, but the simplicity wasn't. Most fruit products were processed, sweetened, or padded with things that had no business being there.

Carpathian Fields started as an answer to that. We source freeze-dried fruit from carefully selected suppliers — regions where the fruit grows well and quality standards are high. We bring it to you directly, with no additives, no added sugar, and nothing that shouldn't be there.

We're a small brand. We care about what goes into the bag and what ends up in your hands.

But this is just the beginning. My vision for Carpathian Fields goes further — gradually introducing more natural products rooted in the food traditions I grew up with. Honest products, nothing added.

For now, we source and sell freeze-dried fruit. We do it carefully, and we're proud of it.
