RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@carpathianfields.co.uk, including your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.
If an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, sale items, or gift cards, unless they are faulty or not as described.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
