Ingredients

• 200 g Greek yogurt
• 20 g freeze-dried mango, roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp granola
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Method

  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Add sweetener, granola and coconut.

  3. Finish with mango. Serve immediately.

Notes

• Stir in a little milk if a looser texture is preferred.
