Ingredients

• 25 g freeze-dried raspberries
• 150 ml milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• Maple syrup, to taste
• 2–3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes

• The chia thickens as it hydrates, giving the smoothie more body.
