Time: 4 min (+ brief freezing)  Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 25 g freeze-dried mango
• 3 ice cubes
• 1–2 tbsp water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth.

  3. Spoon into small moulds or serve immediately.

  4. Freeze 5–10 minutes to firm, if desired.

Notes

• Freeze-dried mango absorbs liquid rapidly; adjust with small splashes of water to reach the desired texture.
• For a firmer result, freeze longer before serving.
