Ingredients

• 30 g freeze-dried blueberries
• 200 g dark chocolate
• ½ cup roasted almonds, chopped
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
• Pinch of sea salt

For topping (optional)
• Freeze-dried blueberries

Method

  1. Line a tray with parchment.

  2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Stir in sweetener, if using.

  3. Fold in blueberries and almonds.

  4. Spoon onto the tray and finish with extra berries and salt.

  5. Chill about 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

• Freeze-dried fruit keeps its crunch against the smooth chocolate.
